Accessibility Statement
1. Our Commitment
Dominion Maple Bank is committed to providing accessible banking for everyone, across our branches, website, and mobile app. We work to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
2. In-Branch Accessibility
- All branches are wheelchair accessible, with accessible entrances and service counters
- Accessible ATMs with audio guidance and tactile keypads are available at every location
- Large-print statements and documents are available on request at no charge
- Staff receive training on serving customers with disabilities
3. Website and Mobile App
We design our digital services to be usable with assistive technology, including screen readers, and to support keyboard-only navigation. This includes:
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background
- Visible focus states for keyboard navigation
- Resizable text that doesn't break page layout
We test our website and app regularly and welcome reports of any accessibility barriers you encounter.
4. Assistive Services
- TTY and relay service support for phone banking
- Sign language interpretation available by appointment at any branch
- Extended time accommodations for in-branch transactions on request
5. Feedback and Accommodation Requests
If you encounter an accessibility barrier with our branches, website, or app, or need an accommodation, please let us know so we can address it.
Contact our Accessibility Coordinator at support@dominionmaplebank.example, call +1(402)627 0793, or visit any branch. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.
