- You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized activity on your account.
- Interest rates and terms for specific products are disclosed at account opening and may change with notice as required by law.
- We may close or suspend accounts that show signs of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
4. Online and Mobile Banking
Access to online and mobile banking requires acceptance of these Terms and successful identity verification. You agree to:
- Keep your login credentials and one-time passcodes confidential
- Not share access to your account with anyone else
- Report a lost device or suspected unauthorized access immediately
We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials, except where required by applicable law.
5. Fees and Charges
Applicable fees for each account or service are disclosed before you open an account or use a service, and are also available at any branch or on the relevant product page. We will provide notice before introducing new fees or increasing existing ones on your account.
6. Limitation of Liability
Dominion Maple Bank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Nebraska and applicable federal consumer-protection and banking laws.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email, in-app notice, or posted on this page with an updated effective date, in accordance with applicable notice requirements.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska and applicable federal law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nebraska, without prejudice to any rights you have to pursue complaints through a financial services ombudsperson.
